We provide full training to the right candidates. Our workforce is our most important asset so money and time are regularly spent on thoroughly training  new staff and constantly supporting existing staff through regular meetings, lessons observations and workshops. A bonus and loyalty pay scale is in place to reward good work and motivate teachers (Hourly fees will vary from £13.50 to £17.50 depending on the numbers of children taught and the length of service). Up-to-date teaching materials  are regularly purchased to ensure staff are provided with the best resources at  all times.

Teachers are not only trained in child management but also in people management skills to ensure good public relations with both parents and the schools which we work in partnership with. 

Our aim is to provide an excellent, fun and educational language club, which is not only popular with children and parents, but also with schools.
